Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ticksconnect handles personal information when you visit the site, create a login, connect a broker account, or buy a Plan. Your broker has its own policy for the trading account.

• Account: email, a hashed password, and a name if you give one. We never store your password in readable form.
• Broker connection: the login details needed to read the account and, if you choose a trading connection, to send orders. This is the most sensitive data we handle. Connect only logins you are allowed to use.
• Trading activity on accounts you connected, so we can show the account and run Trade Copier and Agents you turn on.
• Market Data API keys and usage, so we can apply Plan limits.
• Billing: Plan name, interval, and status. Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site up and to find abuse. We do not run advertising pixels on the marketing site.

We use this to run Ticksconnect, to know which Plan is in force, to keep the service secure, and to meet law we are subject to. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your trading state to give investment advice.

We share data with processors that host the app, send email, and handle checkout. If you describe a strategy in words, we may send that text to an AI provider so the software can turn it into a strategy you can read. People you invite can see what you allow them to see. We share data if the law requires it, or to protect Ticksconnect and our customers from fraud or abuse.

Connection details and session data are sent over encrypted connections and stored so the service can keep the connection. No method of storage is perfectly secure. You must protect your password and broker logins too.

We keep account and connection data while your login exists and for a short period after you close it, so we can finish deletions and meet accounting or fraud rules. Checkout records follow the merchant of record's retention. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete your login. We may keep a minimal record of a paid Plan for tax and dispute purposes. Broker records stay with your broker.

You can disconnect a broker account in the product, turn Agent sending off, and cancel a Plan as described in the Refund Policy. If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (for example the EEA or UK), you may also complain to a local regulator.

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is required for the site to work. We do not use cookies to advertise.

Ticksconnect is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
