Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern use of Ticksconnect. By creating a login, connecting an account, buying a Plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclaimer, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ticksconnect.

This agreement is with the operator of Ticksconnect. It does not replace your agreement with your broker. You must be at least 18, able to form a contract where you live, and allowed to operate each login you connect. The software is not offered where that would be unlawful.

Ticksconnect lets you connect broker logins you already have, see those accounts, copy between them, run Agents after you turn sending on, and use Market Data API on a paid Plan.

Trade Copier stays between accounts you connected. It is not a marketplace and not a way to trade for other people. Agent sending stays off until you turn it on. After you turn it on, orders may be sent without a confirmation on each trade.

The service is provided as available. Connections, Trade Copier, Agents, and market data can fail, lag, slip, or stop. Brokers and other third parties are outside our control. We may change, suspend, or end features.

Keep your login details accurate. You are responsible for your password, API keys, people you invite, and every order sent from a login you connected, including Trade Copier and Agents after you turn sending on. We do not approve trades for you and do not promise that Trade Copier or Agents will match what you expect.

• Use only accounts you are allowed to operate, and follow your broker's terms and the law.
• Do not use Ticksconnect to hold or move other people's money, or to send orders onto logins you do not control.
• Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service except as the law allows.

We may suspend or close a login that is abusive, unlawful, or a risk to the service or to other customers.

Paid access is Starter, Plus, or Pro, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. You may also pay to connect another account on the same Plan. Credits are a separate one-time charge, in the amounts on the Pricing page. They are not part of a Plan and do not renew. There is no trial and no free Plan. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Checkout is processed by a merchant of record (Dodo Payments). The card statement may not say Ticksconnect. We do not store full card numbers.

Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. You keep the Plan until that date. Refunds are in the Refund Policy. If a renewal payment fails, new connections and Market Data API may stop. Accounts you already connected stay connected until you disconnect them.

Trading, Trade Copier, and Agents can lose money, including the full value of a connected account. The Risk Disclaimer is part of these Terms. Read it before you connect an account or turn sending on.

Ticksconnect, the site, and the software are owned by the operator of Ticksconnect. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service while permitted access is in force. You keep the rights in material you submit. You give us a license to use that material only to run the service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or duplicated orders, broker failures, or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for Ticksconnect in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud.

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if a payment fails, or if we reasonably believe continued use is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the service and cancel as described in the Refund Policy. Risk, liability, and intellectual property terms survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. If you keep using Ticksconnect after a change, you accept the new Terms.
